The shackle of the bow shackle (G209) should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as cracks, sharp edges and over-burning are allowed. It is strictly forbidden to use shackles for cast iron or cast steel. The button body can be forged with a killed steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after forging. When in use, the button body and the pin should be inspected without serious wear, deformation and fatigue cracks. When using, the lateral spacing should not be pulled, and the pin must be inserted into the safety pin. After the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the width of the buckle body must not be significantly reduced, and the thread connection is good.
