The HSZ series chain hoist adopts a symmetrically arranged secondary spur gear transmission structure. It can be used with monorail trains to form a hoisting transport trolley for monorail overhead transport, or for manual single beam counterweight and cantilever cranes. It is a widely used, manual hoist for arching. In industrial agriculture, metal construction, mining equipment installation, cargo lifting, vehicle loading and unloading, etc., especially for open air and no power supply operations. 
 
HSZ type chain hoist is an improved product, the mechanism is more reasonable, the volume is small, the weight is light, and it is close to the market. It has been selling well in domestic and foreign markets. It is a kind of manual lifting device which is widely used and can be used for arching. HSZ type hand-squeaking rules: It is strictly forbidden to operate with power other than manpower. Before use, the machine must be in good condition, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung before lifting. Do not carry heavy objects on the tip and other wrong operations. The lifting chain should be hung vertically, and there should be no broken chain, and the lower hook frame of the double chain should not be turned over. 
 
The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand wheel to slap the hand sling, so that the hand wheel rotates in the direction of the clock, so that the shape can be raised; if the object moves in the opposite direction, the line can be lowered. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to work or walk in the same way, so as to avoid personal accidents. In the starting column, no matter whether the object rises or falls, when the bracelet is swayed, the force should be even and gentle. Do not use too much force to avoid the bracelet jumping or the snap ring. If the operator finds that the pull force is greater than the normal pull force, it should stop using it immediately.
